Service Provision

The Company agrees to provide car transportation services as requested by the Client, subject to the availability of resources and compliance with these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment

• Booking: Clients must provide accurate and complete information when booking transportation services. The Company reserves the right to refuse service based on incomplete or incorrect information.
• Payment: Payment for services must be made in full prior to the transportation of the vehicle(s). The Company accepts various payment methods as specified on the website.
• Cancellation: Clients may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Client Responsibilities

• Ensure the vehicle(s) to be transported are in a safe and operable condition.
• Provide accurate details regarding the pickup and delivery locations.
• Be available or have an authorized representative available at the agreed pickup and delivery times.
• Ensure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle(s) prior to transportation.

Company Responsibilities

• Transport the vehicle(s) with due care and in a timely manner.
• Communicate any delays or issues that may arise during the transportation process.
• Ensure the vehicle(s) are delivered to the specified delivery location in the condition they were received, subject to normal wear and tear.

Liability

The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle(s) due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or theft. The Company's liability for any damage caused during transportation is limited to the value of the transportation services provided.

Insurance

The Company recommends that Clients maintain adequate insurance coverage for their vehicle(s) during transportation. The Company’s liability insurance may cover certain damages, but Clients should verify the extent of this coverage with the Company.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the Client and the Company. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to mediation or arbitration as agreed by both parties.

Governing Law
